Really good service and convenient amenities

warm welcome free parking

The staff provided a WARM welcome at reception and were helpful throughout my stay. Free parking was available, very convenient for my travels. I appreciated the restaurant and bar on-site for meals and drinks.

I noticed SOME hairs on the bed in my room. More tea and coffee in the room would be helpful .

huge room comfy bed fab cocktail

The room provided ample space. It featured both a bath and a shower, which I appreciated. The bar downstairs was convenient for a cocktail and a game of pool.

helpful staff big screens reasonable prices

The staff were amazingly helpful. They assisted with a tour I had booked to the football club. I watched premier league games on the big screens in the bar upon my return. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and great.

My room could have used more tea and coffee.

room uncleanliness curtain stains

the bar area had sky sports which i considered a plus.

i noticed a lack of cleanliness in the room. there were bugs present and i saw stains on the curtains , it wasn't what i expect. i also found dirty socks from previous guests left in a corner of the room.

The room was a family double room. It was huge. the staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. a massive car park exists with free parking. That was great!

the room wasn't the cleanest! it was full of bugs and stains existed on curtains. the last guests dirty socks was left in the corner.
